With over three decades dedicated to executive development and organizational culture as a former human resources executive at the Minneapolis-based retailer Target, I have had the privilege of guiding countless executives to new heights in their careers.

My experience spans working closely with C-Suite leaders and division heads across the United States and Internationally.
